Taxes and Gratuity
All products will be subjected to the current tax rate and 18% gratuity will be added to all retail, food, beverage and alcohol.
Food and Beverage
We do offer rehearsal dinners, proper hors d’oeuvre receptions and formal sit down dinners for you wedding needs. All food and beverages, alcoholic or otherwise, must be purchased from the Woodside Restaurant on the property. Prices vary for meals depending on the menu and number of courses. * There is a $200 facility fee for ceremonies under 50 people that require private dining in the evening.
Wedding Photography
Our photographer knows all the ‘angles’ on the property. He knows the locations for the best shots, poses for family portraits and offers several different packages. Sean has studied with several professionals over the years and has become a lighting expert. Having access to the entire mansion and out buildings he is the only one we use at this time. Over 5 year experience shooting weddings at the Garth Mansion.

CD Wedding Photography Garth Mansion Special – $950
- Up to 3 hours of Photographers Time
- 2 copies of a DVD or CD with JPEG or RAW images
- Copyright release of images for home printing.
Private Photographer – $300 fee
Parties using a private photographer must relay to him/her there will be a $300 fee to shoot weddings or other special occasions on site. We use only our staff photographer and if you wish to use your own we need to secure this fee upfront.
Facility Fee for Wedding only on Property – $1750
This fee is for use of the property for up to 4 hours. Included in this is the parking for the lower gazebo area, so as not to interfere with the guests of the mansion or restaurant. This is especially designed for the weddings that are not using the restaurant or the mansion rooms or cottages. Gazebo or lawn area to the back or front of the mansion is available for this time frame.
Set Up and Rental Fees
Unless stated, rental fees are not included and are as follows:
Wedding white folding chairs for gazebo area : $6.00 per chair
