Our Missouri wedding and rehearsal dinner options are designed to retain the quiet charm of our property, while creating an exceptional event that will be long remembered.  We have developed our programs to provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere for you and your guests.

Complex events such as wedding parties require extensive planning and attention to details.  Included in most of our packages is the use of our Wedding Coordinator for the planning of your wedding and the day of your ceremony to ensure your day is just how you want it.

We have many different on-site locations that can be used for your wedding.  The mansion’s front parlor is perfect for small weddings, combining elegance and warmth to enhance your wedding ceremony.  The mansion’s grounds as well as our spacious gazebo are also beautiful settings for your outdoor wedding.

Our Woodside Restaurant can comfortably seat up to 60 guests, while our garden patio can sit an additional 40 guests.  Larger outdoor events, using a tent, can be arranged but have additional associated costs.

Elopement Wedding Plan
This plan is designed for a bride and groom and their two witnesses.

This plan is for the small wedding for up to 2-20 max people.

• Ceremony times between 10AM to 2PM only with this package unless dinner reception is chosen
• Dressing Room for  bride to prepare for her special day

Large Harmony Wedding Plan
This plan is for the small wedding for up to 21-75  people.

• Use of the formal parlor for up to one hour before; and three hours for the actual ceremony/wedding and reception

• Boutonniere for groom
• Padded white wooden wedding chairs
• Champagne toast

• Two tiered wedding cake including the top tier to take home for your anniversary
• Ceremony times between 10AM to noon only with this package
• Overnight accommodations for your first married night together
• 20% discount for overnight wedding guests

Large Wedding Plan
This plan is for the small wedding for up to 75-200 people. 

• Wedding coordinator services
• Full exclusive rights to the gazebo grounds for entire night
• Flora bouquets for up to 4 attendants
• Corsages and boutonnieres (your choice)
• Wedding officiate for ceremony
• Wooden white folding chairs
• Set up and removal of the chairs on the lawn for the guests.
• Private parking with parking attendant.
• Tiered wedding cake customized to your choice
• Honeymoon couple receives overnight accommodations for their choice of two nights in mansion
• Two  hour ceremony rehearsal the night before
• Gazebo area access for three hours for photo shoot before wedding day.

• $100 gift Certificate for dinner at the Woodside Restaurant for the Honeymooners
• Mansion will be closed; rooms sold only to wedding guests
• 20% discount for overnight wedding guests

Food and Beverage
We do offer rehearsal dinners, proper hors d’oeuvre receptions and formal sit down dinners for you wedding needs.  Full time schooled chef on staff can  do wonders with any budget.  All food and beverages, alcoholic or otherwise, must be purchased from the Woodside Restaurant on the property.  Prices vary for meals depending on the menu and number of courses.

* There is a $200 facility fee for ceremonies under 50 people that require private dining in the evening.

Wedding Photography

Our photographer knows all the 'angles' on the property.  He knows the locations for the best shots, poses for family portraits and offers several different packages.  Sean has studied with several professionals over the years and has become a lighting expert.  Having access to the entire mansion and out buildings he is the only one we use at this time. Over 5 year experience shooting weddings at the Garth Mansion.

CD Wedding Photography Garth Mansion Special - $950

• Up to 3 hours of Photographers Time
• 2 copies of a DVD or CD with JPEG or RAW images
• Copyright release of images for home printing.

Private Photographer - $300 fee

Parties using a private photographer must relay to him/her there will be a $300 fee to shoot weddings or other special occasions on site.  We recommend only our staff photographer and if you insist on using your own we need to secure this fee upfront.

Facility Fee for Wedding only on property - $1750
This fee is for use of the property for up to 4 hours. Included in this is the parking for the lower gazebo area, so as not to interfere with the guests of the mansion or restaurant.  This is especially designed for the weddings that are not using the restaurant or the mansion rooms or cottages. Gazebo or lawn area to the back or front of the mansion is available for this time frame.
