Our Missouri wedding and rehearsal dinner options are designed to retain the quiet charm of our property, while creating an exceptional event that will be long remembered.  We have developed our programs to provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere for you and your guests.

Complex events such as wedding parties require extensive planning and attention to details.  Included in most of our packages is the use of our Wedding Coordinator for the planning of your wedding and the day of your ceremony to ensure your day is just how you want it.

We have many different on-site locations that can be used for your wedding.  The mansion’s front parlor is perfect for small weddings, combining elegance and warmth to enhance your wedding ceremony.  The mansion’s grounds as well as our spacious gazebo are also beautiful settings for your outdoor wedding.

Our Woodside Restaurant can comfortably seat up to 60 guests, while our garden patio can sit an additional 40 guests.  Larger outdoor events, using a tent, can be arranged but have additional associated costs.

Elopement Wedding Plan - $550
This plan is designed for a bride and groom and their two witnesses. 

• Wedding coordinator services
• Wedding Officiant to perform your ceremony
• Use of one of the first floor parlors or grounds for your wedding
• Champaign/sparkling juice toast for your party
• Two souvenir Garth Champaign goblets
• Bouquet for bride
• Boutonnière for the groom

Wedding w/Honeymoon Plan - $1040 (Bride and Groom)  to $1400
This plan is for the small wedding for up to 2-20 max people.

• Wedding coordinator services
• Use of one of the first floor parlors, restaurant, or gazebo for your wedding for 3 hours  
• Ceremony times between 10AM to 2PM only with this package
• Dressing Room for  bride to prepare for her special day
• Bouquet for bride
• Boutonnière for the groom
• Padded wooden white wedding chairs for outdoor ceremony
• Setup and removal of the chairs for guests
• Wedding officiant for your ceremony
• Champaign toast with your choice of sparkling wine or juice

Large Harmony Wedding Plan - $1500 up to $7000
This plan is for the small wedding for up to 21-100  people. 

• Wedding coordinator services
• Use of the formal parlor for up to one hour before; and three hours for the actual ceremony/wedding and reception  
• Wedding officiant for the ceremony
• Bouquet for bride
• Boutonniere for groom
• Padded white wooden wedding chairs
• Champagne toast
• Two souvenir Garth Champaign goblets
• Two tiered wedding cake including the top tier to take home for your anniversary
• Ceremony times between 10AM to noon only with this package
• Overnight accommodations for your first married night together
• 20% discount for overnight wedding guests

$1500.00 for first 21 people.  100 people max for total of $7000.

Large Wedding Plan - $7500 - $14,000
This is when you both have families and friends you just have to include.

• Wedding coordinator services
• This plan is based on up to 200 people. 
• Full exclusive rights to the gazebo grounds for entire night
• Flora bouquets for up to 4 attendants
• Corsages and boutonnieres (your choice)
• Wedding officiate for ceremony
• Wooden white folding chairs
• Set up and removal of the chairs on the lawn for the guests.
• Private parking with parking attendant.
• Tiered wedding cake customized to your choice
• Honeymoon couple receives overnight accommodations for their choice of two nights in mansion
• Two  hour ceremony rehearsal the night before
• Gazebo area access for three hours for photo shoot before wedding day.
  (Ask for more information on professional photography)
• $100 gift Certificate for dinner at the Woodside Restaurant for the Honeymooners
• Dining area for reception (indoor/outdoor) - 5 hours from the end of the Ceremony with specified menus in advance
• If over 100 people price includes White Tent on lot with tables and chairs
• 20% discount for overnight wedding guests

Food and Beverage - $39 up to $74 per person
We do offer rehearsal dinners, proper hors d’oeuvre receptions and formal sit down dinners for you wedding needs.  Full time schooled chef on staff can  do wonders with any budget.  All food and beverages, alcoholic or otherwise, must be purchased from the Woodside Restaurant on the property.  Prices vary for meals depending on the menu and number of courses.

* There is a $200 facility fee for ceremonies under 50 people that require private dining in the evening.

Facility Fee for Wedding only on property - $1750
This fee is for use of the property for up to 4 hours. Included in this is the parking for the lower gazebo area, so as not to interfere with the guests of the mansion or restaurant.  This is especially designed for the weddings that are not using the restaurant or the mansion rooms or cottages. Gazebo or lawn area to the back or front of the mansion is available for this time frame.
