Named after John's Great Aunt Avie, this large room is the brightest bedroom in the mansion. This room sets the stage for romance with its pastel blue and white. The morning sun filters through the lace curtains. A laced full canopy floats over your queen-sized feather bed hung from the 12 foot high ceiling. The room has a private bath with shower. The remote controlled fireplace features the original Carraran marble. This room was originally Helen Garth's room.  Second floor.
